Terms and conditions:


Booking Appointment: An appointment is required to hold your time.

A credit card is required when booking the appointment and will not be charged anything up front. (Unless stated otherwise)  You can book an appointment day of with 2 hours of notice. Canceling same day or within 24 hours can result in a cancelation fee. See our cancelation policy. A notification confirming your appointment should be sent to you via text or emai. If you do not see a confirmation, please call 951-518-6260 or email: requesting confirmation.

A photo ID must be presented at check in and must match the name on the credit card and appointment. If you are paying for someone else, please be present to provide ID for your Credit Card. If you would like to purchase a service for someone, you can purchase a Gift Card at our SPA during business hours.




  • To Cancel your appointment, you must cancel 24hrs Prior to the appointment. Cancelations within 24hrs of the appointment will be charged 50% of the value of the service.

  • If a service is booked the same day and canceled the same day it may result in a 50% charge.
    Please call and speak to our reception to explore options.


             Note: When you book an appointment, we have staff come in to service your request.

We ask that you please make note of this cancelation policy as the fees will be charged to your credit card on file.


Also, please make a note when booking your appointment. Due to new policies and procedures from Covid-19, Cancelation charges cannot be applied towards a reschedule. If you test positive for Covid-19 prior to the appointment, please call and cancel prior to 24hrs. The no show fee will still apply regardless of the reason if not canceled within the 24hr period. No exceptions will be made.


Spa Day Bookings: During Spa Day events we close the Spa for your guests to enjoy our spa during the allotted time. Spa day bookings require a 50% non refundable deposit to hold the space.

Prices are subject to change. Speak to spa team member to ensure you are getting the most up to date pricing.


Product Purchases:

Product sales are final. There are no exchanges, returns or refunds on products.

Code of conduct: Veronica Margo Spa is a professional environment and respects the privacy and safety of our clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Anyone acting in an unethical manor will be asked to leave the premises. 


Arrival: We recommend arriving 10 Minutes prior to your appointment to fill out consent forms.


Age requirement:

Must be 16 and older. Age 16-18 must have parent in the room.

Bringing children to the SPA 

We do not permit children under 16 in the spa.
