 Terms and conditions

Memberships are month to month. You can cancel at any time.

 

Roll Overs: You can roll over an unused service for up to 3 months.

After 3 months the unused service is voided. Services begin and end on the date your membership. Please make note of your due dates to keep track of your roll over services. No exceptions

Cancelations: You can cancel at any time by providing a 30 day notice to our business.

If you cancel after your month has been paid. Your service will end on the date your payment would have been due the following month. If you failed to cancel in time. We will honor a 3 Day grace period for cancelations. This means if you cancel within 3 days after your due date, we will honor a refund if requested.  Paid services are good for 3 months after the date of purchase. After the 3 month period the unused service will be void.

 

No refunds: Memberships services are non refundable. If you must cancel please cancel within the terms of our cancelation policy.  

 

Payments: Memberships begin when your payment is made and will automatically charge your credit or debit card on the same date the following month. If payment is declined new services will be on hold until a credit card is updated. 

 

Appointments: To redeem your monthly service. You must book your appointment in advance.

You can re-schedule your appointment only once. A 2nd cancelation will result in the service being voided. No exceptions. Plan accordingly.

 

Gratuity: Membership fee do not include gratuity. Gratuity is welcomed 

 

Bringing family and friends: We welcome friends and family. You can bring a friend and get a 25% discount towards their services semi-annually.  (Platinum Member only)

 

Refer a friend: If you refer a friend, you will receive $50 credit on your account after they have completed 3 months of membership and their account is in good standing. (Platinum Member only)

 

Access to Pool and Spa: As a member you have access to the hotel facilities during your scheduled visit. Members cannot use these facilities unless an appointment is scheduled. Members cannot bring guests during their visit unless they are redeeming their semi-annual bring a friend offer.  Wristbands will be required to access pool area. Memberships cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.

VM bucks cannot be redeemed with any member perks of offers.

Membership pricing will not increase unless a written notice is given 90 days in advance.

Membership pricing is locked in even if service costs increase for non-members.
