Use of Pool and Fitness room

 

As a paid guest of Veronica Margo Spa, you are allowed to use the pool and jacuzzi as part of your service.

This is available ONLY for the guest and not additional guests unless they have a paid service as well.

A waiver form must be filled out prior to the use of the pool or fitness area and a wrist band will be required to enter and remain in the both areas. Clients must be over 18 years of age to use the facilities. Children cannot be left unsupervised in the waiting area of the Spa at any time. No exceptions will be made. Use of the facilities is only allowed day of service. Additional days are not available.

 

The Ayres hotel & spa does not offer daily passes to use the facilities and the spa clients are ONLY allowed to use the facilities during their paid visit.  Clients caught violating the rules set in place will not be allowed to use these amenities going forward. These rules may differ from The Ayres hotel & spa rules set for their guests.
These are set forth by Veronica Margo Spa, LLC and we expect clients to also abide by the hotel’s general rules as well

 

Before you jump in

 

 

• ​Proper swim attire is required

• Pool toys are not permitted

• No Alcohol consumption on premises

• Must be over 18 years of age.

• Ice chests, coolers, luggage and personal speakers are not permitted

• No lifeguard on duty. Please follow all Hotel Pool and Pool area rules

• No outside guests allowed

• No children allowed

• Please keep your wristband on at all times

 Fitness Room Rules

 

• Persons using the equipment in the Gymnasium are responsible for their own safety. They are advised to seek advice and assistance from our staff in the Gymnasium if necessary.

• Smoking, eating and drinking (except water) is prohibited in the Gymnasium at all times.

• For the safety of all users, please refrain from preventing or interfering others’ use of the equipment in the Gymnasium.

• For the benefit of all, it is requested that you return equipment to the corresponding place when finished.

• Private coaching, assessments and other related activities are not allowed in all venues.

• Please mute mobile phones and pagers while on Gym. 

• Please do not speak loudly inside the Gym.

• In case of any doubt, complaints on using Gym equipment or equipment breakdowns, we requested that you immediately contact the Front Desk or Spa Front Desk

• Please handle the equipment in the Gymnasium with care. Users are responsible for any damages to the facilities or equipment.  

• A Full compensation should be made at market rates.

• The Ayres Hotel & Spa and Veronica Margo Spa will take no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of belongings brought into the Gymnasium by users.

• The General Rules and Regulations of the Hotel are also applicable to this facility.  

• All users are required to follow the instructions of the Hotel staff. 

• Users are responsible for their own property and safety. 

• Failure to comply with the above rules may result in loss of fitness room privileges.
